I waited for the Paul Stretch application and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks for a good morning chuckle!

Thanks to the advances of modern technology - now we need absolutely no skills to prodcuce phantastic music. Just sample 3 notes, paulstrech them and voila - the perfect ambient track is finished.

The same with modern dance music - you need just an iPhone and one hour of free time, and then your new number one dancefloor hit is finished. Can be seen in many videos, so must be true.

Seems, that I make something wrong - I need always more that 1 minute or one hour to finish a track. Perhaps I use the wrong equipment...

Joke aside: paulstretch is really helpful. I used it too. Very useful to make drone backgrounds.

People are working on streamlining the dance music creation model - a new iPhone app claims to knock that one hour creation time amount down to 10 minutes: http://www.sonicstate.com/news/2017/...er-10-minutes/

It always takes me longer than an hour too, because I listen back to what I'm working on while it's in progress, then I get lost in an ambient trance for a while.

If you've got Reaktor, here's another method.

Download Dron-E and load it. Add Spiral to the ensemble and send its MIDI to Dron-E.
Choose a preset and hit play. Tweak Sprial.
    Hit record.
