Avenger is one powerful and exciting soft synth.
The first question in the back of my mind when checking out any new synth is "how sonically warm is it", especially when the demos lean toward EDM.

    Why is sonic warmth important?
When producing music and adding tracks together, it is important that the sonic characteristics allow the musical parts to blend together with no harsh overtones.

This allows for each instrument to be placed in the mix exactly where you want it to be without some harsh track drawing the listeners attention in an undesirable way.

When demoing Avenger, I was impressed by the design and capabilities it offered.
The "Vintage Modern" soundset was a result of wanting to hear more "Vintage" sounds as well as sounds used for the styles of music I make.

These presets are well suited for:

    Ambient
    Chillout
    Electronic
    World
    Pop
    New Age
    Cinematic
    Film
    Minimal
    Experimental
    Fusion

    The categories include:

    Pads
    Keys
    Arps
    Bass
    Seq
    Leads
    FX
    Bells
    Drums

Each preset was meticulously programmed and includes Fx, macros, automation, etc.

The key focus is warm, vintage style pads.
"Vintage Modern" for Avenger includes 100+ presets, %75 are pads.
