Compact Disk Production Options

I'm curious about CD production services for small or on-demand orders. I'm particularly interested in companies that offer multiple-disc production (for a double-CD release as an example). I've used Createspace in the past but I can't find an option for a double CD release.

Any recommendations appreciated.

While I have never actually ordered from them yet, Discmakers has a pretty straightforward setup process and offers multi-disc packaging.

This seems like a pretty decent option for independent artists who have low-volume sales.

Yea Kunaki's quality seems to be ok. Price is really good too, in my opinion. I've turned a few friends on to them and they've been real happy so far. I used to do short-run CDr production but with companies like Kunaki around it didn't make financial sense for me to continue.
