In case some of you didn't know, Soundcloud have reduced their prices for premium and pro accounts.

You can now get unlimited uploads and downloads plus all the stats for the old entry level price.

Wow, I paid 5 times as much last May (€ 500 Euro) for my unlimited PRO account.

The moment I found out about this last night, my first thought was 'Oh man, Simon is gonna be pissed!!!' :D

But hey...at least you don't have to renew another 500 Euro in 2 months!!!

Naa, not pissed really - but the price drop seems steep - well looking at their non-existence customer support (I can't access my stats since months, they say I have to many tracks for the stats to work) I wouldn't have paid another 500 bucks anyway. On the other hand I'm sort of stuck with the cloud, almost 1700 demos and tracks can't just be transferred to a different provider or my own server. Whatever, enjoy the 128k MP3 sound everybody and flood the cloud with great tracks

It's funny, but last week I was thinking that the upgrade pricing from my Solo account was a little unreasonable. This free upgrade to Pro Unlimited has allayed any concerns that I had before. There's no way I would be able to upload 30 hours per week, or is there?
