  • [Meditation Music]Sadhisthana, The Second Primary Chakra

This piece of music is created for meditation purposes. I made this based upon my 10 years experience as a reiki master.

While listening to the music do the following:

Lie flat on your back with your knees bent so that the soles of your feet are planted firmly on the floor. Breathe into your chest fully and exhale completely, pushing into your feet at the end of the exhale and tipping your pelvis upward. Imagine you are pushing the breath out between your legs. When the exhale is spent, relax your legs and hips, returning them to the floor, and inhale fully into your chest again. Then repeat. Keep this going for a minimum of five minutes to feel the effects.

Two very beautifully relaxing tracks, Yuroun..really nice work. My one of my sisters is trained in reiki and has always been on at me to explore it more seriously. I think the time may be right having listened to these tracks.

      Thanks.

A little explanation for your sister then ;-)

There are 7 main chakra's, swirling energy points on the body. Each chakra corresponds to a note. The root chakra vibrates in harmony to “C”, the second to "D". Etc. In the Muladhara track I used only the C note. Etc.

          Cool

I'm workin on my chakra album for 3 years now and it's allmost finished. I'd put up the other tracks the last days, and for me it sounds and feels amazing. I hope others do too. It's a bit like drone music ;-) Here's allmost the complete set:

Now I'm looking for great album art:highfive:
