I'm progressing very slowly with the acid. I haven't had much time for making music for the last month. I've been too busy with other things. I'm hoping to make some progress with this next weekend.
Glad you enjoyed Hydra That was quite a fun track to make.
Acid chillout, with a very dark atmosphere. It's definitely got ambient vibes with an enveloping mix. Nothing at all like the acid track I'm working on, and probably just as well too
Good work
Yeh how is the acid track coming along anyway seis. Any further developments? I read about it in your most recent blog and just had another read now. Yeh I know that feeling well of putting something on hold when something else appears music wise and the excitement over takes the original project I had been working on. My music has for a while now been drawing near the dark world of techno. So naturally I have projects all variously titled around Techno. Though I would like them to be based more around the classical/orchestral feeling to as I really enjoying playing around with my midi controller, stroking the keys, use of pressure point, that sort of thing.
When I first listened to Hydra I was absolutely blown away at how much stuff you had put in to it and also how you have altered the arrangement to, but in such a way where there is always something interesting about the happen. Clever stuff m8. :tu:

I really appreciate your input. I am glad you enjoyed the track.
This is my first track with beat and Roland 303 sounds.
I will maybe try to create a slower beat with the 303.
Ooooh. I am just listening to the acid track now as I type this. I really enjoyed how you used the idea's of lots of panning to the intro. A very interesting introduction indeed. Then a lovely soothing acid flavor creeping in around 1:28 rolling into a full fledged reverberated acid line with lots of cool swooshing pads/fx swirling in & out of the arrangement. The acid track feels very rich in mood presenting itself the ideal track to chill out to.
It is nicely mixed to with lots of passion here and focus on the overall mix, like the track hasn't been rushed. I can keep turning up the volume and still get a very relaxing feel to the listening. Its very ambient to, dark in parts, but bright in others also. I am totally captivated by the broken/twisted beats keeping an interesting element or heartbeat to the track.
But there is just something about an acid feel in a track. And here you have definitely cracked it. Very well executed and put together especially those pads/fx sounds rippling in & out of the track.
I enjoyed listening to this immensely and will be sure to look out for more stuff like this to.
