  • mobious question

Hope this is an ok place for this thread, starting playing with mobius, and i'm wondering how exactly to render an output file. I gather it has to be scripted somehow, but i'm somewhat bewildered by how.

I know there are some Mobius users here...Unfortunately, I'm not one of them. I did check the manual on their website and there is a section on "bounce recording" but the part about capturing a performance is still blank. Last update to this manual was over a year and a half ago so I wouldn't hold your breath. Maybe someone can chime in...by the way, Mac or PC?

I just figured it out..man what an obtuse, but impressive program lol...you have to add your own commands for it.

It's a lot simpler just to run it as a plug in in a DAW and record the output that way, for sure.

Don't know if this helps but this video:

          - was the one which helped me the most, in terms of recording a performance. It's a marvellous piece of software to be sure, and I've only scratched the surface of its capabilities, but it does have a steep learning curve. There were times when I almost gave up and bought a looper pedal - but I'm stubborn (and cheap :D) so I stuck with it...
