I too stick mainly to free offerings for now: First stop now is almost always Smartelectronix Ambience. Also Voxengo OldSkoolVerb. I'm trying out Boscomac Floodverb in Reaktor. @Duckett+ thanks for mentioning other free options, I'll have to try those.

I use Spacemaster on most things now, actually decided that (along with a few other verbs) I didn't really need ValhallaRoom because of it.

Another freebie that isn't mentioned much is the Halls of Fame - Origami Edition.

An Impulse Response reverb that includes a sampling of different classic units (with more models available to buy, naturally ;))

Sounds good to my ears so if a smattering of classic verbs is your thing then worth a try.

Also, I am eternally grateful for SIR (convolution) and Hotto Engineering's Spring Reverb (sadly mono but sounds great).
epicVerb is pretty nice, it can sound quite epic!
