  • MIDI-FX Plug-in Modulate for generating MIDI in Logic Pro X

    After watching this video

I was wondering if I could get something similar in Logic Pro X using the MIDI-FX Plug-ins.

This is what I came up with as a starting point.

Let me know if you want a tutorial to teach how to create this.

Here's using one Modulator but randomizing the MIDI channels 1,2,3 and 4 so notes go to 4 different instruments from the same Modulator.
Randomizing is done with a Transformer object in The Environment.

Same single Modulator setup but with different ZebraHZ presets and using other effects.

Interesting stuff, that last video is great musically.

I don't use Logic so a tutorial wouldn't be much use to me but I'm wondering if I could achieve the same using some of the midi plugs in Reaper...
Latest release: never to be repeated

I don't see why not and this is all MIDI.

What I'm doing is getting the data from the Modulator and getting notes, then I randomize between MIDI channels 1 thru 4, then I randomize the notes then apply a Transposer to put the notes to a scale/key then load presets and effects to get a sound that sounds cool.
