Like most of these number stations, this Russian is the weirdest, there are Italian, Israeli also the most eeire I have heard is known as the "Backward Music Station" or "Whales" probably US Navy. You can find a lot of weird stuff from eastern Europe shortwave stations. Weird and cool things to record and use in a track.

Ah, the mysterious and enigmatic Russian radio signal. I had a bit of a fascination with it earlier in the year. I even bought a Shortwave Radio so I could hear it, but getting a clear and strong signal is not so easy.
Good to see someone else has chosen to create this eerie piece of music about it. Good job.
