thanks SIgns - it is funny/interesting you mention the improvisational nature of the compositions - many are actually generated by software I wrote or are pre composed to a reasonable extent...BUT I really work on editing and composing so that I get a very natural feel. For example I often time the rhythmic pulse to the pace and variation of relaxed breathing
