Ok, so I guess it's time to come out of lurking and post a few tracks to announce my presence on this fine board.
I've been making ambient music since... well, almost forever, but I rarely finish stuff up and publish it. Here's a few tracks that I HAVE released - hopefully they'll tickle the taste buds (ear buds) of someone in here.
The first, Eye of the Morning, is probably my personal favourite of my releases. I seem to have stumbled upon something nice with this slow grower of a track:

Then there's Silhouettes, based off of a solar hum recorded by A. G. Kosovichev of Stanford University:
https://soundcloud.com/taf42/silhouettes
Then there's the Brian Enoesque High Ceilings:
https://soundcloud.com/taf42/high-ceilings
Ascension is a track featuring a meandering and ascending chord sequence improvised in Reason:
https://soundcloud.com/taf42/ascension
And the final track I'd like y'all to hear is called Shafts of Light, and is the bounciest number of these five, I guess somewhat resembling Enigma and Xerxes:
https://soundcloud.com/taf42/shafts-of-light
I don't know if five tracks in one post constitutes spam, if so I'll happily shave off a few to conform with forum standards.
My composition pace can best be described as glacial - I do continue to write music, but actually finishing a piece of music takes me forever. Whenever I finish a new piece of music I will post it in this forum if there's interest for it.
