Just playing this now. The first thing I noticed were the beautiful harmonics (via looper?). In fact the whole piece sounds very smooth and relaxing. Perfect for some late-night listening here.

Really nice, and nice to see someone else doing improvised ambient stuff (I do it on trombone). It reminds me a little of Michael Manring when he does ambient stuff (starts off this piece with it). Are you doing it the same way? Fading in notes and harmonics while you loop them?

I'm using many diffrent techniques to make all happen, but harmonics are very much in key role, because of the low-end-nature of the instrument. Most of the compositions have been born out of improvisations, but are now structured carefully so that I can perform the whole thing again almost in the same manner. On my soundcloud-account there is actually very good example of it...
