This is an experiment integrating outdoor recordings into a track. I recorded walking outside on crunchy snow and the action on a tobogganing hill. I post-processed the sounds for greater effect and added in a Bebot/Bleepl!BOX jam recorded live into Loopy through the iPad microphone plus Animoog and Grain Science.

This is a wonderful collage...I like how the soundscapes blend with the synthesis. Quite dark on the one hand, on the other the samples sound like tobogganing is a lot of fun. We don't have those over here

Thanks phoenstorm. Tobaganning is fun but those days are behind me as I wrecked my knee about 10 yrs ago in a tobogganing accident (better now and I aim to keep it that way).

I enjoyed the process of creating the soundscape with my own samples. The snow can produce some excellent sounds even raw without any processing.
