Jeebus! I'm on a roll!!
More Adaptiverb here I'm afraid.
I wanted to know how guitar would sound through it.
Pretty good I guess (and I don't mean my playing), but I wanted the guitar to poke right through into the mix, and not be too ethereal, so I stuck Adaptiverb on a bus and put a send on the guitar audio track to it, so it's sort of parallel processed, if you know what I mean.
The guitar track also has an instance of Guitar Rig 5 and I chose a suitable clean but nice ambient preset. Can't remember off hand and I've closed my studio down for the evening (shut down my software that is). I also have a send to more delay and reverb on separate busses.
The drone was created by running an instance of Korg's MS-20 while automating the usual parameters to get some variation in that drone. I ran the output of the MS-20 into another instance of Adaptiverb.
