    It's an ephemeral file because it will probablely still be changed ... afer your comments ;)
    Its a Moog Minitaur, Zebra, Absynth anda Yamaha nylon Silent Guitar, in Reaper.
    Is this really Ambient ???
    Thanks for listening and comments.

    Sounds nice and ambient to me. I really like the atmosphere and how it's mixing with other sounds.

      That's a really pleasant piece! Well done!

      With the prominent beat I would classify it as chill-out or electronica, rather than ambient.

        Tank you !!
        Ambient is a very well large territorie. As soon as I add guitar (and percussions of course) to my initial atmospheric ambient project, it turns to chill out :(
        Here rarely a soundscape that I played only with a guitar, without any sample :

          It strikes me as new age.

            When I deposited on CDBABY some of my music in the style of this Sunday Improvisation, I was indeed classified in the category New Age. But in France (Europe?), New Age has a religious connotation and the music necessarily contains sounds of rivers, birds and Tibetan bowls ;)

              I will have to download this on my p.c. before I can give it a listen, as I'm on my iPad as of this post. I will get back to this.

                I'm still interested in an opinion. These days, chance led me back to more chill-out / new-age style ... I don't know if it's gonna go on.

                  For information sake, I thought you might get more from my opinion that it sounds new age to me, using this example.
                  This is what I experience as new age without those particular indigenous instruments or religion involved;

                    Yes, this sounds "new-age" in my ears (my description was of course a bit caricatured), but precisely I can't find a connection with my "Sunday Improvisation" (?!?) ... I think, maybe "Heavy ambient"

                      Alright, here's the thing...you have a 4 bar melodic pattern what you might typically have in a simple song structure.
                      You also have a single melody running around that pattern. You also have a rhythm pattern typical of new age.
                      This is my take on it, I don't want to explore it any further. You don't agree that's fine. Other ppl don't agree, that's fine with me.
