Fallout 1&2 soundtracks : Seriously some of the most wildest soundscapes. Amazing sound design too and this has been a huge source of inspiration for me! Go to 13:50 for one of my favourite tracks.
ID Software's Quake soundtrack : Absolutely incredible soundtrack! It is full of some of the eeriest soundscapes... I think it is really a masterpiece and should not be overlooked.
