Anyone used both Zebra or FX Expansion Strobe 2? what would your preference be for silky sweet pads and evolving textures?

But to half-answer the OP's question - I don't own Strobe 2, but I do own Strobe 1 and Zebra, and though I like Strobe, I wasn't impressed enough by the demos to upgrade to v2. IMO Zebra is much more versatile, and (again, IMO) just sounds 'better'. Plus, even though Zebra is a very deep and complex instrument, I find it quite easy to program/modify existing patches - and if I find it easy, it must be REALLY easy :DMy new album "Exeunt Omnes" is available now, here:

Sorry for veering further OT; but I was the same way with the entire DCAM synth squad--It was good, but in the years I have owned it it never appeared on any of my tracks.

Check out ZebraSkools for Zebra2
They have a section of pads and ambient presets and a whole bunch more.
