You can play pitch offsets into the 2nd delay line and all sorts of other manipulation of time / freq.

The H910/Dual was on sale through late summer. Really like it although it can be easy to over-do it.

I guess Eventide has something on sale at all times; right now it is the Quadravox for $49 (ends on Oct 31).

Looking forward to them releasing more as individual plugs like the H949/Dual, even though it's similar to the H910.

I'll be honest, I don't have $249 for the H910. But I'll try my best to work on a little sound design and bounce down some stems before the trial period expires.
I sign up to a lot of the software house email lists, as there is often Summer, 4th July, Winter, Christmas, Anniversary sales....... For example the entire Twisted Tools package (Costs $1300+) was for sale at $199 on 2 occasions this year.
