First thing to do is create a few extra midi channels in lives clip launcher.

Second thing to do is create a clip on the first channel so i can copy this to the other channels. The note is C-1 the very lowest C-1 there is.

Third step Is then to go to your other channels and change the Midi Out settings so they are sent to the Geist plugin on Midi Track 1.

Fourth Step is copying the midi loop with C-1 to all the remaining midi channels as these will be controlling the various geist engines in geist.

Fifth Step is to select each midi channel now and make sure all of them have the midi settings set properly.

Sixth Step Repeat the same process for the second part of the midi launcher clips however this time instead of C-1 use C#-1 Clips.

Seventh Step Now that you have both scenes arranged in live open up geist and hit Lives Master Scene Launcher button. It should play and all engines will play the first pattern, which is pretty normal..

Eight step - It should also change to geist engine pattern 2 when you launch lives second master launcher button.

So that's really all there is to it! You can use Geists built in sequencing and control the patterns via lives clip launcher. This particular combination will give you an outstanding amount of control over producing grooves.
