Hi All,

Joined up look for some recommendations and ideas for new listening.

I've been into electronic, ambient etc since about 1990.

Recently been trawling the netlabels for some new ideas.

Here's looking forward to some inspiration.

Really getting into beatless and floating stuff. Drone I'm starting to get but it can be tough sometimes but I'm learning.

Best recent find is Bobby Jones' "Planets With Two Suns Have Black Trees"

Hi Tooros..welcome to AO..hope you find it useful and please feel free to jump right in and be as active on here as you can be.

Regarding recommendations for new listening, I suggest you do the obvious..take a look in the various threads on the forum, as well as check out our very own AO Streaming Radio and AO Podcast, both of which are an outstanding source of stuff in general. Also take a look in the "Recommended Listening" thread, where you will find details on ambient artists, albums..and links to great new works of some of our own fellow members.

I know this is a bit "general", but I'm sure if you follow my advice above, then you won't go too far wrong..and end up with more than enough new music to listen to.
