    Greetings from a former lurker

Hi everyone! I've been lurking here for some time now, and finally decided to register.

I'm a 29 year old guy from the Netherlands. I'm in a small town close to the German border. There aren't many musicians who are into ambient music here. I consider myself a guitarist, and in the past year I've ventured into producing as well. Before I started producing I was active in DIY hardcore bands, but I've been interested in post-rock, shoegaze, ambient and drone since I started playing. Recently I'm more focused on very clean post-rockish sounds. I think it would be great to find a way to incorporate more ambient influences into my music. I've found a lot of useful information on this forum, so I thought I'd just register and share my perspective on things.

I'm currently busy recording 5 tracks for my first EP. It's been a wonderful ride so far and Im still learning every day. Looking forward to learning more and sharing what I know.

In case you'd like to hear what I've done so far, here are two of my tracks:

    Cheers! Casper
