I'm gropkcor, or Burnt Wurlitzer, or Si Robinson. I've already introduced myself on the 'What Are You Working on Right Now' thread, so that's my first faux pas.

Dammit.

I'm old enough to have bought Tangerine Dream albums in the late '70s and have been making music on crude cassette based 'systems' (bouncing to and from portable decks!) Through to this wonderful age of studios on laptops.
I've played in punk bands, funk/rock/prog bands, folky prog bands and 2 voices, 2 acoustic guitar duos playing all sorts of tunes (at parties.)
I still play the odd 'open mic night' now and again.

But nice to see you here, listened to some of your stuff from the other thread; nice, really like the guitar sound you get on those tracks. Kind of pure in a Mike Oldfield sort of way.

Well hello and welcome.
Since this is now the look at how old I am thread I will reveal that I just turned 49 last Friday.

Is this where I start talking about my body falling apart or is that a different thread? I don't remember.

I do however remember buying tangerine dream albums in the 70's/80's, at least I think that was me.
