Right now...about to fire up Pro Tools and start a new track. It's Sunday, pouring rain on the west coast...perfect day to sit in and be creative! :idea::nerd:

I started sampling for my Framedrum library at 9 in the morning, recorded for about 3 hours, then started editing/cutting/filtering/leveling some of the recordings and made some new Alchemy patches with that stuff, producing demos with the new sounds on the fly. Took me until 7.30 pm, now it's time to chill...

It's morning here right now and Im drinking coffee while listening to synthesizer preset demos for massive like a synth nerd. Today I have a few things I need to get done in order to keep my place looking tidy, which includes sweeping the deck and doing some odd maintenance jobs. I am also kind of trying to convince myself that I do not need anymore plugins.. however I am considering cheating and re-buying Reason 6 again.

I also need to clean out my cricket cage, and figure out a way to give them water without drowning them because last time I gave them a water bowl they ended up drowning. *Maybe it was suicide cause they know they were going to get fed to a giant spider?*

Yup. It started out completely different, but the more I thought about it, the more I was drawn to this design.

I'll build it sometime after the holidays. I received the rack rails yesterday.

Back from a hard days work and in an hour I'm off to audio production class.

Working in the studio for the next couple hours...then I'm headed off to the market and the bank...then off to work! Typical day in the life of S1gns. :wave: :tu:

Work, work and more work. Looking forward to a few days off from Friday through Tuesday, when we're heading to the mountains.

Started the day in the studio at 8 am archiving/compressing and uploading SoundPacks for a new website which will sell some of my wav files - also writing licence agreements blablablabla
Then composed for 5 hours on my piece for an upcoming premiere named Midrasc, a piece with 2 actors/speakers, a soprano singer, oboe, cello, live electronics and electronic backing tracks. Writing out and designing the parts is always an act of will, composing is rather easy compared to all the tasks involved with it. Then I met my sound technician who will assist me with the FOH mixing on that project. We wrote down all the equipment we'll need and made a sketch of the stage setup so I can send it to the sound company tomorrow.
Then I went shopping to get some food as my wife is currently working all day on a christmas fair and I have to take care of the household duties - which can suck when you're in the middle of something creative. After coming back I made some more sounds for my new Alchemy Bank, then I started preparing food and now it's chill time...
