OOH YEAH! I forgot about the the original "Let the Right One In"! That movie is incredible! I'm definitely going to have to revisist it this month! I remember stumbling on it years ago on Netflix!

Love Halloween, the time of year, but have never been a fan of horror movies...well, when I was a kid I used to watch all the old classics on late night tv on a saturday night==Vincent Price type of stuff.

I love the fall season, not the biggest fan of Halloween movies but there are some good old time radio programs that creep me out really good like from suspense, two episodes in particular. 3 skeleton key and fugue in c minor. If you look up suspense on archive.org, you should be able to find them. If you have a fear of rats, don't listen to the first one. I've got some ambient music perfect for Halloween and I may have posted links to it already and every year, I do a Halloween special which is always fun to do.

I'm definitely going to check out the suspense on archive.org. Thanks for the suggestion. I'd love to hear some ambient halloween tunes!

Not a massive horror fan, especially as horror now seems focused on jump scares (insidious etc) or 'torture porn'. Still enjoy a classy ghost story (The Others, Devils Backbone...) or some cheesy 80s movie (House, Braindead...)
I guess my favourite horror would be Ringu, one of the few films that genuinely scared me (left lights on that night etc). Pretty sad as I must have been around thirty when I saw it... :D
