Need album cover designer

I'm on the final stage with my new album but some issues with album cover were happened. To my shame as manager I forgot to control all activities and friend who was interested to design album cover for me did nothing interesting.

I'm searching for album cover design as paid service. Preferred style: watercolor style pictures and etchings.
