  • Wow! That is one amazing sequencer! Any indication of cost? Must be looking at something between 500 to 800 quid for that beast...

    • No clue on the cost of the hardware sequencer. The Numerology Pro software is right at $200 US.

        What a monster module!
I don't want microprocessors, menus, memory or midi in my modular.
It's not a sound generating module but - any way - to digital for my taste.
Actually it's every thing I don't want. Sorry Jim Coker.

          • Me again :-) I call this track Selfish. I come up with explanation later on.

                No it is not...
But I live sound installations. This is great.
I remember a Kraftwerk concert. During Taschenrechner/Pocket Calculator they handed out gadget where
the audience had the possibility to turn on and off loops. Interactive Consert!
Guess a huge interactive sequencer leads to more or less random :-)

                • My little modular as groove box. Simple annoying beat I know. But I personally find monotonous music relaxing. My wife goes bananas.
Not really ambient. Some day I will make an exception in my analogism and by an euclidian sequencer, saves a lot of space (hp) and gives nice rhythms.

Yes, I remember the AO Vol 6... Piano Signals (just had to check because my memory is crap, always has been). Lovely track that and I've powered it up for another listen.

Quite a step away from your current run of modular stuff. And I notice that your SoundCloud page has gone missing. There is an Ultram on SoundCloud still, but not you, I don't think. Have you moved elsewhere? Hearthis perhaps? Or just YouTube?

I have just watched one of your vids and I had already seen it. Probably as a result of researching the 0-Coast. Either that or I saw it on the Muffs forum... Again, my memory fails me

Good to see you getting stuck into the Eurorack stuff anyway

                      cheers

Yeah the modular stuff is quite different, I'm still getting the hang of it and as a result when something good happens I work around it and try to formalise it into a track, I really love making the videos as It feels like a performance or rather a rehearsal.

Listening to the youtube videos, well done! There's just something indescribably satisfying about experimental recording where you come up with something right on the spot and it turns out so well that you decide to keep the recording.
                          Cheers,
Erm well it's alot bigger now desperately trying to stay at 12u, It feels like the perfect size any larger and I don't think my brain would be able to keep track.

I just love the live aspect and physically turning knobs is so satisfying

It appears I haven't listened to any of your creations on your SoundCloud page so I will try to fix that now...
