I think they are, I think all of the waves plugins are 64 bit.

Picked up PsyBox and Ambitron a couple of days ago. Seems to run flawlessly on my win7 64 in reaper 64, and is a lot of fun. Can't wait until I get more into these and learn how to drive. I love to tweak on the fly.

Haven't rewired them into PT10 yet, but since they work great in Reaper, I am set.

I was rambling here recently about image-lines Harmless and now Image-line are having a sale!

All plugins $45 until the end of the world (or 31st Dec, whichever comes first )

Though at that price you'd be crazy to buy Harmless when you could get Harmor, Harmless' big brother. Very tempted myself, full resynthesis capabilities and image synthesis so you can make sounds from bitmaps etc. Don't know if it's as fully featured as Metasynths implementation but, y'know, $45 (£27!).

I just installed it. It has definite possibilities for Dubstep, and other applications too. I just used it to process some drum tracks. Good stuff.
