Hi all,

I've created my first Reaktor Effect, It's a simple grain cloud delay, nothing too fancy. If anyone would like to Beta test it for me just drop a comment below.

this effect is amazing! i looked inside: all that wired components. and i took a short test and got some ideas hereby:

• the grain length should never be zero (makes dropouts if zero and wet is at 100%).

• it would be nice to have 3 lfo's, one for delay, one for the grainlength and one for distance, each lfo with frequency and amount knobs and one knob to add randomness. personally i prefer less randomness and i want ro control how much random is added.

• maybe the pitch could be more organic, i.e. by choosing a scale and let the grains dance up and down in pitch.

• and the grains should not be all applied by the same volume to make a more interesting sound.

but over all it's a nice little tool for pushing up boring pad sounds. and i wonder if you know how all that components inside are wired together. :thumbsup:

Thank you for the kind words and suggestions, I'll take those on board for a future update. Also, if you can build in Reaktor feel free to implement them yourself.

On a side note, I bought Flowstone and I'm going to try my hand at building VST effects.

I took a look at flowstone: it looks pretty cool but this cable-wiring-thing, I can't get it right. It's more fun for me to play around in supercollider

I put 3 delays in cascade and changed the pitch randomly over time.
The rest is done by 2 cascading reverbs and lots of lfos.
