Well, renaissance era to be precise, rather than medieval... but with rare ancient instrument sound samples obtained from a curator of a music instrument museum, it was interesting to bring them to life via contemporary electronics... and then compose something that tries to have that early music feel and then drift into synthesizer music and back...
