    Hello ambient fellows !

I'm Cyril, a french composer & guitarist, and this forum is pure gold for an ambient fan like me !
I love ambient music (BIG PLOT TWIST...), but I'm also a huge fan of metal music (Meshuggah, Gojira, etc.) and djent (Animals As Leaders).
I also teach digital art & composition in a conservatory in France.

I release ambient music on my YouTube channel and Bandcamp page :
    Ambient Backing Tracks : https://www.youtube.com/c/AmbientBackingTracks
    Bandcamp : https://cyrilmichaud.bandcamp.com/

All my music is produced with Ableton Live and/or my guitars plugged in an preamp Axe-FX II XL+.
I want to buy some new gear like moog synths, but for now, I can't make a choice haha !

I'm also a big horror fan, and I wonder about starting a new channel focus on horror music.

Anyway, nice to meet you all !

Just listened to backing track 73 - very intersting stuff! I was a bit afraid because of it's length (ambient producers often do not know, how to fade out a track, so the become very long... ), but this one is nice!

Thank you betadecay for your kind message.
Nice to read that you liked this track.
At first, those tracks were made for musicians, so they can improvise over it, and I choose a 25 minutes length for every track since a lot of backing tracks on YouTube are short (less than 10 minutes). So it's a pain to always start again the track and stop the improvisation because the track ended.
Now, i notice that more and more people do not necessarily use my music to improvise on it, but simply to listen to it as background music.
                Interesting development :-)
