  • Steve Roach Livestream from the Timeroom tonight

    From the Projekt Records site:

This Saturday, Steve brings you an ultra-intimate concert stream on both YouTube and Facebook. This is the first in a series of concerts from the Timeroom. After the show, Steve will host a Q & A. Until the world opens back up for in-person performances, gather with us online to experience the soundworlds of Steve Roach …up close and personal.

    Saturday August 22, 2020
    7pm AZ & Pacific / 10pm Eastern / 2am GMT (August 23)

Thanks for the heads up Bruce

Only just seeing this now as I have got up for breakfast and the stream finished three hours ago apparently, and lasted for 105 minutes.

But the good news is that, according to Steve in his introduction, that this will be a regular thing. I'm assuming that will be for as long as his followers are flocking to see the streams.

And although the timing of the stream is either too late or too early for me I may try to plan a weekend around the next stream.

    cheers

I tried to watch it, but the You Tube stream was not working for me...and I don't do FB. Maybe next time!

The actual music set was just over half an hour and the rest was chat.

I have 'A Soul Ascends' so what was new for me were the visuals in the video. I didn't get in on the live stream, wondering if they are going to publish the recording to the youtube channel so we can all see it.

I started on Youtube, and then jumped over to Facebook in order to watch. I prefer Steve Roach's tribal ambient stuff, but it was still very enjoyable to watch him in his element. Even more fun was watching all the fan comments!
