Anyone have an opinion on the Roli Seaboard?

Has anyone had a chance to demo one of these?

If so, what was your opinion of it. The Seaboard Rise 49 appears to be within my budget, but I don't know if I like that it has to interface through proprietary software, even though it works with Ableton Live, which I use regularly.

Any thoughts, anyone?
