That's an impressive machine. Lots of tracks which is useful. Changing tracks looks simple with the footswitch. It takes things on a bit from the RC-300

Both 'performance samplers' though I get the impression the EHX is more geared towards looping than the Octatrack. And it's half the price... Depends on your needs.
